Terms & Conditions — pk47 User Agreement

Welcome to pk47. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pk47 ("pk47", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pk47.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

pk47 is an independent English-language information and review platform created for Pakistani players and others interested in online sports betting, casino gaming and related topics. The Platform does not operate as a gambling operator, does not accept wagers or bets, and does not process any financial transactions on behalf of users.

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the pk47 website at https://pk47.cam, including all subpages, content, tools and features made available thereon.
• "User" / "you" — any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have registered any account.
• "Content" — all text, articles, guides, reviews, images, graphics, data, code and other material published on the Platform.
• "Third-Party Operator" — any online gambling platform, sportsbook, casino or related service referenced or described in Content published on the Platform, which is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with pk47.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, rules and ordinances applicable to a User's access to or use of the Platform in the jurisdiction in which they are located.
• "Intellectual Property Rights" — all copyright, database rights, trade marks, design rights, patents and any other proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered, subsisting in the Platform and its Content.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3.1   Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gambling policy (available at /responsible-gambling), each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3.2   If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.

3.3   pk47 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

4.1   The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, to access or use the Platform. pk47 content describes gambling products and services that are age-restricted. Persons below the applicable minimum age must not access this Platform.

4.2   By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction. pk47 reserves the right to restrict access to any person who cannot satisfy this requirement.

4.3   You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction. pk47 makes no representation that the Platform or the information it contains is appropriate for use in all locations, and access from jurisdictions where such content is restricted or prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.

5.1   pk47 provides informational and educational content relating to online sports betting and casino gaming, including but not limited to: reviews of Third-Party Operators, guides to betting market types (including cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournament formats), explanations of casino game mechanics, comparisons of welcome offer structures, guides to payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, and responsible gambling resources.

5.2   pk47 is an information platform only. We do not:

• Accept, place or process bets or wagers of any kind;
• Hold, transfer or process funds on behalf of any User;
• Operate as a gambling operator, bookmaker or casino;
• Hold any gambling licence issued by any authority, including any Pakistani regulatory body;
• Act as an agent for, or representative of, any Third-Party Operator;
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of information about any Third-Party Operator, including their offers, terms, payment processing or regulatory status.

5.3   References to payment services familiar in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear in Platform Content as contextual references only. Such references do not constitute endorsement of gambling by those institutions, and pk47 makes no claim of affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship with any of them.

6.1   Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk47 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

6.2   You may browse Platform Content, read articles and guides, and follow navigational links to the pages listed in the Platform's navigation menu. All other uses require the prior written consent of pk47.

6.3   You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any Applicable Law or regulation;
• Infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of pk47 or any third party;
• Is misleading, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform.

7.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to extract Content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works of Platform Content without authorisation;
• Introducing malicious code, viruses or any material that may harm the Platform or its users;
• Using the Platform to facilitate, promote or engage in unlawful activity, including gambling activity prohibited under Applicable Law;
• Impersonating pk47 or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that brings pk47 or the Platform into disrepute.

7.2   pk47 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, without notice and without liability to that User.

8.1   All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including all text, reviews, guides, graphics, logos, design elements, code and data — are owned by or licensed to pk47. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Intellectual Property Rights to you.

8.2   You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk47.

8.3   Permitted personal use includes printing or saving individual pages for your own non-commercial reference, provided that pk47 is clearly identified as the source and no copyright or proprietary notices are removed.

9.1   The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

9.2   pk47 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or technical faults;
• Content on the Platform is current, accurate or complete at all times, including information about Third-Party Operators, their offers, terms and regulatory status;
• Any Third-Party Operator described on the Platform is licensed, reputable or suitable for any particular User;
• Gambling is lawful in any User's jurisdiction.

9.3   Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Users should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on Platform Content.

10.1   To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk47, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your access to, use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any transaction entered into with a Third-Party Operator referenced on the Platform;
• Any loss of funds, winnings or opportunities arising from participation in gambling activities;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform.

10.2   pk47's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) zero, given that the Platform is provided without charge, or (b) the minimum amount required by Applicable Law.

10.3   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

11.1   The Platform may describe or reference Third-Party Operators and their products, services, promotions and offers. Such references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of the quality, reliability or lawfulness of those Third-Party Operators.

11.2   If you choose to engage with any Third-Party Operator, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to that operator's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and applicable regulatory framework. pk47 is not responsible for and has no control over the practices of any Third-Party Operator.

11.3   Offer amounts and bonus examples referenced on the Platform — including any figures denominated in PKR such as "PKR 25,000" or "PKR 10,000" — are illustrative examples only and do not represent guaranteed live promotions. Actual offers are subject to the Third-Party Operator's current terms, which may change without notice to pk47.

12.1   pk47 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. pk47 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

12.2   pk47 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be effective upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued access to the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3   pk47 may restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

13.1   These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk47 is incorporated or registered, as may be updated from time to time.

13.2   Notwithstanding clause 13.1, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you are located.

13.3   Users located in Pakistan are reminded that these Terms do not override, modify or limit any obligation under Pakistani law, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other applicable legislation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with Pakistani law.
